whenever i get overwhelmed with emotions, i will cry my eyes out. it is the only way i am able to release my emotions and feelings, how can i release my emotions and feelings without crying?

      I am the same exact way. 😂 😂 I don't think there is any other way to release the strong emotions in my opinion. Crying is healthy and it is not a bad thing. You have to accept that you are allowed to cry and I know that it's hard to do that cuz I still have trouble with that. I only ever really cry alone because I hate people seeing me cry. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

      When I get to much built up emotions I have outburst of whatever emotion I feel and I found out writing down my thoughts helps me get my feelings out in a healthy way, you just need to find that balance for yourself.

      Crying is actually super healthy!! But you can also try to get up and move around releasing your emotions through your body. You could draw, journal, etc.
