i’m not sure how to do this, things are getting bad and i have a really hard time continuing to get up and do the things i need to. i’m was diagnosed then lost my insurance so i don’t have a therapist. i’m not sure how to deal with BPD correctly honesty.
Idk i hate to sound like a typical therapist but coping skills are so useful. Writing, drawing, playing a sport/casually being physically active, journaling, photography, idk any form of art or just… anything that helps u. It could be literally anything, as long as its healthy. Having supportive friends who really care about you is also really nice. Keeping good habits is insanely useful too. Easier said than done, obviously, but stuff like fixing ur sleep schedule etc is really nice
