having a really bad flare up with my back atm, not just my usual sciatica, i'm also getting regular pain slightly higher up also. nothing i do seems to help anymore :(
My doctor sent me to physio again but it never helps. They just send me back and forth for meds and physio exercises, but neither are improving things š
