Hey everyone if you’re dealing with anxiety go have labs done to check your vitamin levels I did it and I found out my vitamin D was low my doctor put me on medication for 3 months and my anxiety is so much better

I take B complex and Vitamin D 10,000IU daily for a year since I'm deficient and my anxiety and depression have definitely improved!

@ceyana everyone's anxiety is that way! Depleted vitamin D may be aggravating it! Don't knock it until you see it!
Yup vitamin D, B12, magnesium, and omega 3 are the ones to look out for!!
Although my Dr didn't prescribe me meds but told me to take over the counter vitamins. Maybe I'll try the pills instead of the gummies like iam now because I feel like the vitamins might help more

I started this when someone said their magnesium was low so they woke up foggy headed like I was.
I did the same thing and my vitamin D is too low. They told me to take 1000iu a day. I got for and just started a couple weeks ago but here's to hoping I follow in your footsteps!
