Sometimes I wish i’ve had help. Like my friends to at least give me a word of advice instead of watching me drown or ignoring me. I know it’s not their job but sometimes i think that my girlfriend doesn’t even love me anymore, maybe it’s just me. I’ve also recently relapsed.. again and and currently trying to get a new therapist but it’s not going quickly enough i’m drowning at this point
