Oska pulse is a pulsed electromagnetic frequency device. It used to only be available in hospital settings with machines bigger than mri machines but now it’s portable mine is about the size of my hand. The frequency it emits helps promote cell recovery. It changes how water moves in and out of your cells and changes their shape to manage lots of symptoms. It helps manage my pain but does more than just that. Just fair warning drink extra water when you use it if you get dehydrated easily like I do.

My favorite resource has been the fibromyalgia podcast by tami stacklehouse it’s been much more helpful that my docs it gives practical ideas and hope things can get better. I went from basically bedridden to working a two week hurricane deployment on my feet for 12+ hour days in a little over a year

This is great information. Thanks for sharing. I have not learned to understand this disease and my doctors are not helpful at all. It’s very defeating to me. I should find an allergist and gastro I have neither

Everyone is different. For me I had so many side effects and no benefits from cymbalta, but for others it’s helpful. I found huge benefits from lyrica and low dose naltrexone. Outside of meds I LOVE my oska pulse. It’s expensive but worth every penny and then some for pain relief. I also like my heating pad and tens machine. I use a chronic pain and fatigue Epsom salt body wash and bath salts. Keep track of your activity. If you use all of your spoons you’ll be recovering longer. It takes energy to make energy unfortunately. I meditate a lot to help me sleep and to help me manage my stress and anxiety. Sleeping enough is key. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday and understand fibro bodies need more sleep than others. If you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep there are lots of medications and supplements that can help. I also have a lot of food sensitivities that were flaring my pain. I worked with my allergist and gastro to identify and cut them all out.
