I have COVID and it’s making sensory overload hell right now. Any tips whether for my autism or COVID right now?

Well for Covid it's basically just take lots of medicine, drink tea(peppermint with honey, pineneedle tea with honey, watermelon tea with honey), make sure you rest a lot, don't use to much energy. For the autism, what helped for me, make sure you are somewhere comfortable. Got a comfort item? Use it a lot. Got a favorite fluffy blanket? Use it or put weight on yourself. I put 25 pounds on me with my weighted blanket and it helped calm me down a bit. Listen to music if you like it, put on noise cancelling headphones to just block out most noises. Again this is the stuff that worked for me, everyone is different. Hope you get better soon though 🤗

For autism stim to improve sensory overload use fidget toys and maybe try a bath or certain lotions can help as well(relaxing scent).
