music helps a lot, sometimes i just need to get away from everybody, including my boyfriend, and just be left alone for a bit to breathe and collect myself. i've tried picking up watching tv shows and movies again, and it's helped me a lot. just turning on one or two episodes of my favorite show helps me so much sometimes. and i always have a couple mobile games on my phone for on the go if i need to just do something to come back down to earth and not feel like i'm about to yell at everybody
Kayaking, hiking, playing video games, talking to friends help me remain calm and centered also. There are days where its too much, centering on 5 things around you that you can smell, see , or touch helps also. Be specific, meaning 5 colors, textures, etc

Usually I turn to sleeping because at my writs end I’m exhausted. ✋

Writing songs about what I’m feeling helps me process everything I’m going through!
My dog can always make me smile. I’ve taken up knitting and I like watching standup. Not necessarily the best coping mechanism, but often I just need to sleep and I have found that I wake up having processed it all quite a bit 🤷🏻♀️
