Hi all! I have recently been diagnosed with hEDS. what are some helpful thing you use to manage your symptoms? I have also been having trouble finding the correct specialists who know about EDS and can help me.

Strength training (pilates is a good start) and yoga (specifically ones designed for EDS so you don’t over stretch) can help build muscle that stabilises joints. Heating pad. CBD oil/creams can help muscle pain. Izzy Kornblau on YouTube is a good resource to watch on hEDS
