Anyone have the problem of randomly loosing their balance? If so, how do you deal with it? It is really really getting embarrassing randomly crashing into walls.
Strength training as you're able. Start wherever you are. Building up the muscles around wonky joints will help stabilize them, or at the very least give you more control and proprioception.
