After my diagnosis the OB recomened birth control to balance hormones and regulate periods (to reduce risk of cancers related to my PCOS systems). The pill was not an option due to my demanding life style. And while going through my options (kyleena being the choice I made) they never said anything about causing increase in cysts and in my minimal research I've never found anything conclusive to say that it would effect presence of cysts either!š
