Anyone have any tips or tricks to help with nausea . It’s really bad and I experience it 24/7 I saw a gastroenterologist and she gave me zofran but it doesn’t help. I’ve tried guided meditations, sleep meditations, breathing exercises, peaceful walk, pressure points on my wrist, peppermint gels, bitters, lemon-ginger-honey drops, ginger tea, chamomile tea, FD guard, Dramamine, pepto bismol. When it gets too hot I start feeling more nauseous and sick then before, I have trouble catching my breath even from walking across the room and I get extreme dizziness and almost vomiting, and trouble eating. I got a X-ray done and it said I was backed up so I did a miralax clean out but I could on drink half of the amount I needed to because if I drank more the liquid was gonna make me feel more sick but later that night I was shaking and extremely nauseous to the point of almost vomiting and I couldn’t breathe. I feel worse now, somone please me help I’m just a teenager and I don’t wanna spend my teenage years being sick. I am currently looking into acupuncture as well.

I make fresh ginger tea that I take like medicine daily. Over time it has helped me tremendously so much that I don’t take any prescription meds for it
