      You should try to establish a new routine then 🤗 Try planning your day and add in the things you need to do. I sometimes use this app called Wysa to help me plan my day, sleep better at night, and help me with my anxiety too! You could also try meditating with the app as well to help you remain calm whenever you feel that it's all a bit too much to handle 😅 I really hope that you can take control over things again, you've got this!! 🙌 Give your mind some time to relax in a peaceful place as well, away from people and noises if possible. If not, try blocking out any sounds by listening to calming music to help you think a bit clearer 🤗❤️

        @Joany thank you so much! I’ll try the app! I have many planners and I set reasonable goals but then it’s like I suddenly get memory loss 🤣 or having this lazy episodes

          @Avocado.XL I get temporary memory loss as well!! 😭🤣 My DID leads me to getting amnesia quite frequently for little things, like a minor conversation one of my alters had with a new friend they made, that I don't even know of until the next day! 😭😭 I really hope that Wysa can help you out! It can be a tiny bit confusing to use, sometimes, but most of the time it works like a charm ✨☺️
