i think ny sister has depresion and or anxiety but she thinks she has adhd how should i confront her so that she does not get the wrong diagnosis. I think she may be faking it cuz I have adhd and she has little to no symptoms.

Adhd can present differently in males and females, so hers may not look the same as yours. Its also entirely possible that she could have both! You could try mentioning anxiety, but just remember that she knows herself best :)

The thing is with ADHD, while it’s main component is ‘attention deficit’, everyone can exhibit it in various ways, even if it’s someone you are genetically similar to. Not to mention how closely tied depression and anxiety is with ADHD.

@Squishh ok I will give it a try I know she could have it differently but she does not have trouble focusing after she gets started which takes her a while she is allways sitting in the same place idk
