Agoraphobia. The fear of leaving ones home. It's more common than one may realize. It has also been more common after COVID-19. Don't be ashamed. There are plenty of resources online that can help you. I suggest researching agoraphobia to start and see if you feel that it relates to you

@SadMom95 I don’t mentally get scared leaving my house I love going out to eat and shop but my body makes me feel so sick and I still get anxiety nausea and sick in my own house I have no safe place to avoid it
@Raven_Wine Out brains can deceive us. For example. I have an eating disorder. I am hungry ALL the time. But I can't eat anything because food disgusts me. Anxiety is similar. My brain wants to interact with people, it wants to get out of the house, but my body says another thing. Once I'm around people my STOMACH feels nervous and my head swims. Research is my best friend. I learn so much about myself
I relate to this so much. I am also struggling with this and trying to figure it out, so I don’t have any definitive solutions. But one thing is that focusing on it will make it worse. It’s hard not to focus on it because it’s such a terrible feeling! But just try to find distractions. I also try to say some positive affirmations. Some of the ones that feel best for me are “although I feel bad now, this won’t last forever. I will feel better eventually” “I am thankful to my body and mind for trying to protect me, but there is nothing I need to fear in this situation” “I am healthy, I am not sick”
I definitely relate to this. Praying helps me but it is still an uneasy motion that I o through in my day
I feel the same way 😥

Maybe your stressed try thinking about positive things and relaxing a little maybe even try some herbal tea
@Flameakashi oh trust me I have tried every unmedicated trick you can ever think of guided meditations, breathing exercises, sleep meditations, I can’t relax at all I can barely get out of bed because of how bad my nausea gets I try and distract myself with positive things but it just doesn’t help enough and also I don’t like hot drinks so I don’t drink tea
@Raven_Wine Well I hope things get better soon I'm trying to think of other ideas for you
