Struggling with Medical Issues and ED Thoughts

I have chronic pain issues and cant exercise much because of them, so I feel you. Its hard to get stuck in the panic brain and not feel like there's any hope. Ive been told that my body wants to be okay the same as I do, and that it does the wack things it does to try and protect me. An elimination diet sounds scary and complicated while you're dealing with ED and so many other health issues, too! Just remember that in order for you and your body to cooperate, you have to do your part and fuel it so you don't make your other issues worse and take more of your hard-earned quality of life away❤️ Youre not alone, and you've made it this far 🙌
