My girlfriend thinks I'm straight because of my fake press on nails

It’s absolutely ridiculous to think that accessories determine your sexuality. It does feel like a bigger issue though. Definitely something to bring up when you’re able to sit down and talk sometime.

There could be something bigger that is bothering her. I would recommend sitting down and talking to her about it :$

i’d talk to her. there’s nothing wrong with getting your nails done for prom. and it definitely does NOT define your sexuality or your love for your girlfriend.

It’s as easily ridiculous as that I have been asked if I was homosexual because my hair is short. Umm, I look better with short hair IMO. I have been asked a couple times. I am an independent person with a direct type of personality. I tell them that it doesn’t matter if I am or not. I’m not interested in them! Point being, your girlfriend is being unreasonable. She is probably just stressed and under a lot of pressure about prom. Reassure that it doesn’t matter what your nails look like. You two are together and going to have a great time. Have fun!! 🤗
