Had my first pt appointment. I only scored a 14/80 on the assessment chart they use to quantify how good you are at leg, and I could be out of the wheelchair most days in 12-18 months though! I’m in quite a bit of pain though, what do all y’all do for post pt aches. I used to be a triathlete and 45 min of pt has me more knocked than my peak training days
