I use GC2B binders. It helps, but it's not perfect. Back before I started binding, I wore G-cup bras. I just assumed that I still had a busty chest because my breasts were too big to flatten completely. I still get dysphoria about my chest when I wear my binders, but not as much as I do without them.

I use the ridge back from them and 100% recommended, I'm skinny and have a medium sized chest. Only problems I have for a small body like mine it leaves a gap at the bottom of the binder. Other than that, it's comfortable and the Ridgeback makes me feel not clostrophobic, and let's me move :)!
@Valkar Then again this is my second binder and my first one was second hand and uncomfortable.

It's been a few years, I got top surgery in 2019, but I had DDs and it worked fairly well. At that size a little bit of a bulge is expected but all considered it got me pretty flat and smaller chests are easier to bind.

It was a long time ago but I have a large chest and used to bind with a gc2b binder - I found that after a short time it stopped binding as well and it didn't really get much use. I remember even though it was the right fit and I was wearing it for the right amount of time I would get pain in my ribs, eventually I started using spectrum outfitters instead
GC2B has gone downhill recently in the last couple years. When I first started binding they were good, but toward 2019-2020 they weren't working as well as they used to.
@Johannes that's unfortunate, I got mine in 2020-2021, definitely noticed quality issues such as seams coming undone... And then the quick stretch. I'm happy I made the move, but so glad it gave me a place to start binding.
@welpe Same! I'm grateful for it being a good starting point for me.
I used to bind with my GC2B binder. Since then I have found some others I prefer. It was fine for my bigger chest, but I did have to readjust from time to time, not so much because of bulges, but moreso for the uniboob that formed. Binders tend to work better on small chests, so hopefully it works out better for you. If not, they can usually help with getting you the right fit.
@welpe THE UNI BOOB I CAN RELATE SO BADLY 😂😭
