Although I am very happy and fortunate to be diagnosed, I can’t help but feel bitter and jealous of neurotypical people. My diagnosis was liberating, yet it hurts to know that the things I’ve always been told get easier over time (taking care of myself, socializing, etc.) will never truly get “easier”. I might be able to learn skills to manage them, but they will always be difficult. Anyone else feel this way? Feel free to share your experience too, it is definitely wonderful to know there are many AFAB people like me out there…

This! It was nice to learn why, but I cant help but want to be like Nts, or even AMAB autistic people, as they tend to receive so much more help and validation
