So I’ve been treating my Panic disorder and anxiety with CBD and coping skills. That has worked well for spring and summer. Now I have had a shift in mood. I’m more stressed out during the day I can manage it. At night is another story. Some nights I have major panic attacks to the point of fainting or on the verge of it. This doesn’t happen every night. Probably once a week. I’d like to avoid a daily med but let me know what you think would help.

      Hey, there is a major seasonal factor for my anxiety as I guess for yours too. I would recommend to bring it up in one of your next meetings and wait for a few weeks to see if you’re able to adjust to this new season
