Newly Diagnosed with POTS: Seeking Advice

Thank you both! This week was a rough one in terms of POTS. I just spent so much of it in bed, which is not me. I’m just mad about the whole situation and questioning a lot. I’ve just be thrown into this new life when I had barely started to understand the “normal” one I was living. I hope you both have a great weekend! Even though it’s looking like rain, I’ll get my cuddle time with the husband and our 4 furbabies!
