Warning, some gross TMI talk and ED mention incoming, but I gotta ask. So, I’m not looking for medical advice, but I would love to know if anyone resonates especially if they are diagnosed with a GI issue. My GI symptoms include: - nausea after eating or drinking - occasional vomiting, often undigested food - diarrhea immediately after or soon after eating or drinking - occasional constipation that lasts several days I’m confused and frustrated ! I am pescatarian, I avoid dairy because I am lactose intolerant, I have been trying lots of fiber recently, and have even started avoiding sugar and gluten. I am still physically able to eat, but as soon as I do I wish I hadn’t. It’s so painful and miserable. I don’t know what’s causing my symptoms but maybe it’s worth mentioning that I have dealt with a restrictive eating disorder in the past and off/on. Thanks for taking the time to listen to me complain lol. I’d love to hear any ideas on what it could be or ideas for relief. 😅

i have had these symptoms along others that appeared about a year ago, after years of GI problems being brushed off as IBS + changing diets.. i've been going through testing for gastroparesis (damage of the vagus nerve) - there have been cases where ehlers danlos syndrome and gastroparesis actually can have a common link - so maybe it could be worth looking into in your case as well? :) i hope you can get the answers and relief you may need through all of this

I have had stomach issues for years as well and have done every test possible, all where negative. My geneticist said the gi issues are related to the EDS and sent me to a nutritionist, to little avail

i've dealt with vomiting undigested food for quite some time now. my dr said it's just gerd but im sure it's something more than that since no medication has helped
