Hey y’all, I’m on my 4th day of quitting nicotine and so far here’s what I’m feeling: - Depression alleviated - Anxiety alleviated - Intense cravings here and there (a head rush would be super nice, but I know it’s not worth it) This shit’s hard and I really hope I can last long enough for the cravings to disappear because for the last four years, nicotine has not helped the situation.

Boy, I feel you, I tried quitting when I went to the hospital but three days in I had to ask for a patch that didn't do shit lmao the head rush or when it like goes all throughout your body its the best lol just stay strong nicotine is the worst to kick imo you're doing great 💙
