Dealing with Pain After Endometriosis Surgery

I had my third surgery yesterday and my second excision. I was very anxious about the surgery because of the pain I had last time when I woke up. it took me a while to wake up this time and they found endo again. I think my worst symptoms was my dizziness, nauseas, and overall feeling like I’ll throw up everytime I get up. I’ve been resting since I got back in the afternoon. I’ve had some sharp, really intense pain in my vagina. I asked more questions before I left this time but is the sharp pain in there normal? I know you cN have a lot of pain if they excised a lot but it only hits when I try to walk around or move positions. I only get two weeks off work and I don’t want to spend the whole time not being able to walk. suggestions to get that pain down anyone? my doctor said gas x doesn’t help but rolling around does 😭🙃
