Dealing with COVID Anxiety

My family and I have Covid as well. We've gotten in three times already, during different years, but thankfully, every year that we get it, the symptoms are always mild, never severe. I highly HIGHLY recommend Vitamin D3 and Vitamin C, lots of sleep, eat plenty, no matter how little appetite you may end up with, know that you aren't alone. I was actually feeling a little bit anxious today myself, but Covid is more of a modern day common cold to me, personally. Everything will be okay, I can assure you on that! ☺️💛💛
