Hi everyone! I went off of my adhd medication (methylphenidate) that I started taking a few months ago and it’s been…a big adjustment 😅 any advice on dealing with medication changes?

I would say to see how you function without meds. I’ve went on and off my meds and I noticed that I did better on my meds so I returned on them. There are so many different meds for adhd. Also if meds aren’t your thing you can always try therapy.
