How do you deal with daily fatigues from mental illness & chronic illness?

      Truthfully, I just refuel with caffeine ALL DAY. Is it healthy? Probably not, but it’s better than sleeping all day. I really like the Celsius drinks and water packets.

      I have to take iron to have any energy but also b12. I can see a difference when I take it. But I also never miss my sugar free redbull lol.

      I'm always so tired. I take naps when I can, sometimes a short nap in my car at work during "lunch". I try to take natural supplements, I have some I like, but I'm not sure the rules on talking about products, they aren't miracle workers but it helps some. I wish there was a better solution. Talked to my doctor/specialist about it and they basically said, yep, thats your life with your conditions.

      I like snacks, I get really light headed and they help with that and energy for me. And honestly a lot of resting because I don't always have the energy to human

      You gotta put gas in a car to keep it going. Try anything to get your blood flow pumping, that's what really helped me recover from mental burn out, and give me the motivation to try n do things to improve myself, and mental health

      Lots of short naps and smaller meals instead of 3 big ones I have like 5 small ones so that I don’t crash mid day :)

      Ive been off all meds since January of this year. I attribute it mainly to following the Wim Hof method. Daily cold exposure with ice baths, and breathwork 3-7 times per week. Happy to help any other crohnies struggling. Finally beating this!

      My mom suffered with this and she would drink redbulls all day... I suggest looking into herbs that help with energy something that works with you body's natural chemistry 💕💕
