Get rid of that scale. Avoid diets as we attach to the toxic culture of them. Only excersise with someone present whether in call or in person to keep you in line. Set timers if excersising and do not let yourself go longer than said timer. Eat foods that are healthy but still good to you. Forgive yourself when you mess up or relapse. Aftercare is essential to relapse. Nuts/seeds/trail mix are amazing as they satisfy that crunch we are after and are super good for us (can find almost any flavor u want) and make us feel full sooner. If alot of healthier options are kinda bleh there are sprinkle suppliments/food replacements. Water is your friend. Don't like water, flavor that shit how you like with squeezable flavor contains like mio. Get good proper sleep. When that binge craving strikes get those nuts out they crunch just right I promise. Or if craving sweet versus salty get candies that you have to suck on like really suck on for awhile, it slows it down but gives you the sweetness.
