I’ve been struggling a lot with remembering to take my meds. Alarms don’t really work for me, what can i do?

I have my pills in a weekly pull case right next to my bed. I do set an alarm, but it coincides with my first break at work. Linking taking your pills to something you do every day could really help.

omg if you have a pet give them a treat at the same time you take your meds and after a week they will scream at you until you give them a treat! the trick is to take your meds before you give them the treat so you don’t forget afterwards lol

I actually use an app called MediSafe. It gives you multiple reminders (I think like 4) to take your medication and it has really helped me. I’m someone who would forget my head if it wasn’t attached, so my meds were something I really struggled to keep up with. The app is really helpful and I’ve only missed one dose in the last few months!

I use Amazon's PillPack because they separate the medications you take into labeled morning and night, so it's an easy way to see if you've taken them or not. I leave the container right by my bedroom door so I see them before I leave my room and when I come back to it for bed. It's also helpful because they deliver the next month of medication a week before you're supposed to run out, so I don't have to worry about refilling the medication with the pharmacy. It does use a lot of plastic unfortunately, but they're working on finding biodegradable options to use instead

I take mine every morning before I drink my coffee. I keep my meds beside the coffee maker that way even if I forget I'll see them.

I take mine at the same time each day. Even though I have no trouble remembering to take my prescription meds, I struggle to remember to take my supplements. I just ordered a pill organizer from Amazon :)
