Feeling Worthless and Hopeless

Neither are we, but honestly that's been kinda freeing. Like absolutely it's suffocating at first, we don't work and just sit at home almost all day. Our biological family is alienated from us. The depths of our depression really crushed us for a while. But over time with lots of rest we've recovered quite a bit. Be kind to yourselves and realize that rest and time will make everything better in the end. It's absolutely valid to want to die though. We did for so long. I really hope you can find something to live for, because we're living proof that if you stick through it and find the right people to support you, you can recover
