I use tea tree oil. I put some drops on a q -tip and gently swab the part of ear canal that I can see. I never put it all the way into the canal.

Do you dilute the oil at all?

I have it on my ears mostly and barely inside and I usually give a nice coat of moisturizer and Vaseline while I sleep and putting on sunscreen for me helps too
