    Hi, the best tip I can give you is to try and organize your schedule during the day so you can get everything done. I realized that for mental balance I must also have balance in life in terms of work, studies and social life. When I used to plan a weekly schedule where I put everything in, I saw that there was enough time for everything, and I managed to be fine in all areas.
