When I start to feel that overwhelming sensation coming on, I try to remove myself from all the stimulus I can for a few minutes to quiet my mind. When I've taken that break, I try to address whatever triggered me to feel that way the as calmly as I can. Repeat as many times as needed.
Why I think it's so important to learn about borderline personality disorder if you have it it is so I can stay in control mentally and maturely sometimes it's just best to be in control total control of yourself bye controlling your mouth
