I’ve been taking Lexapro for panic disorder for about three years now, and I’m thinking of going off of it, bc of the side effects. I’ve had a lot of weight gain, as well as sexual side effects. I was at 20 mg over the winter to help with seasonal depression, but I’ve tapered down to 10 mg with the help of my psychiatrist. Anyone in the same boat/have any advice?
