I have been in my bed for weeks with depression and No will to get out of bed, but when I try to push through and get up my body is not cooperating……how can I get my energy back ? I can’t even walk up stairs without my chest 🔥

      Depression physically is your minds way of saying it's overworked, overthinking, over stimulated. Best thing to do is mindful relaxation. So like if you like reading force yourself to read a few pages of a book that either teaches you something, has a good story, or whatever you like to read. There's other things like meditation. For Depression meditation you'd put on soothing music with no words, lay on your back with your legs up a wall and arms out, close your eyes and focus on thinking about things that make you happy
