How do you guys get over a depressive episode
personally, I can’t get over one. but, you can manage it better. try and keep stress to a minimum, and have a safe space that you can easily keep clean and tidy. don’t eat in your room if possible, and set a goal every day. these little things really helped. if you’re not one who’s good at managing goals and managing feelings, i’d recommend looking into an app called Finch :))
I have that app too. It’s super cute and helpful to realize how I’m feeling.
