You may want to talk to your doctor about going on a strong acid reflux medicine. I'm on dexilant and it has been a lifesaver for me! Prilosec OTC may help, you might want to start with that. I live in Michigan and am on the healthy Michigan medicaid plan and they cover medications that are even over the counter. Good luck to you! Oh, and I'm sure you've tried this but eat something with the Plaquenil. Hugs!

  @Missa526 thanks missa that make some sense because the second Dose i take before bed if i skip my stomsch doesn’t hurt maybe thst second one so bad because im laying down right after it. Missa I’m new this anyother tips . I was medic in the army my whole life realky active now im pretty much struggling just to keep the house clean i have so much mental fog
