Need advice on mood stabilizers for rapid cycling bipolar disorder

I'm taking Trileptal for my mood swings and it helps. If I don't take it I get irritable really quick. I'm also very sensitive to medication so I've tried a bunch.

I use Lamictal (I can’t spell the full name 😭) and it’s been working really well for over a year. I don’t believe I’ve had any side effects either. I hope you find something that works!
