i had a large ovarian cyst and it was removed and my ovary. i’m scared that i have more because i’ve been having the same symptoms. i have the follow up next week so i will ask them about it.

      I had a large cyst removed from my overy back in 2008. I had to wait a year as I was pregnant when they found it. Overy was ok. Have another now so will definitely try that diet. Has anyone found anything that helps with the pain besides painkillers?

        @MamaRex i’m not too sure what helps other than pain killers but avoiding intense exercise and lifting heavy things is important. i don’t have any bad cysts anymore but for my period pain i just lay in bed with comfy clothes and take painkillers and have a hot water bottle and a hot drink. i’m not sure if that helps. i’m glad your ovary was okay and i hope you’ll be okay and find something that is helpful for you.

      Have you tried low fat plant based diet for the cysts?

        @Qwertie i haven’t. i had an ultrasound and i don’t have any big cysts but i may try that so i don’t get any again
