what are your symptoms?

I perdonally feel it also something to do with my adhd with the pickiness but I eat very few things due to mental health issues and my hair is thinning and I’m starting treatment soon

So hair thinning and mostly a voice saying I’m not good enough to eat what “I” want and that I feel I have to do good to get to eat

When you don’t get enough protein in your diet, your hair can thin and fall out even.
