I am true believer in exercise and nutrition. I eat an anti-inflammatory diet. I have been a cannabis patient since 2012.
I have hEDS and Ankelosing Spondylitis. The key ways I manage my pain is by remembering to take my meds on time, do my stretching exercises everyday, and avoid foods that I know cause my body to get inflamed.
I try to move as little as possible
By trying to limit the everyday stresses.
