Does anyone become basically bipolar when it comes to fitness? My boyfriend and I are trying to have a strength training schedule, and any discussion of physique or goals makes me want to kms. He doesn’t understand why I’m like this either, which doesn’t help.

    Totally. I loathe exercise. Everyone says that eventually you learn to love it but in 2020 I worked out 15 min everyday for months and still hated it, I just did it cause I was bored. Nothing motivates me!!
