Feeling Alone with BPD: Does Anyone Else Struggle with Suicidal Thoughts?

Yes and don't realize it. Can't explain what is in my brain to my wife so I express it the wrong way.

I’ll fantasize about me committing it daily and won’t realize it until I actually think about it and I also constantly split on my friends without even realizing it

a lot of therapists are doing telehealth so you can get one that lives far from you!

That’s what I’m looking for but I’m in a small town so that’s hard but once I drive I defently will

I understand that. I got diagnosed with bpd last year and I’m trying to find a good therapist. Because some of my emotions I feel like I can’t control or stop and then I spiral and that leads to unhealthy impulsive decisions
