I’m having such bad anxiety about a doctors appointment tomorrow. White Coat Syndrome - my heart rate is shooting up even thinking about it! And it’s just a physical. Anyone have tips?

I actually switched doctors recently because of that. My new doctor has struggles with anxiety herself and all of the nurses there are really good at helping calm me down. Bring stim toys also helps me a lot. Even just having a bracelet or ring to fidget with makes it a lot easier to cope with
