i just started anxiety meds the beginning of last week, and honestly if this clears your mind a little bit i think it helps overall but i think i might need a stronger script, but this is the perfect time to find what works best for you

To be honest… not too great. I’m supposed to start new anxiety meds tonight and I don’t think it could be at a better time. 😅
