    I avoid triggers. Sunglasses are always with me, my house is kept dim, I have muscle relaxing patches to help when I have signs of one coming on via my neck/shoulders. Heating pads, Tens units, not waking too early, drinking extra hydrating drinks, keeping warm but not letting me overheat, making sure I eat rounded meals

    I limit my alcohol and caffeine consumption. I try to sleep enough every night and to eat small meals during the day. Also I always have some pain killers in my bag😅
