i am always tired. ive had trouble sleeping since i was a kid and every time me or my family recommended a sleep study it was “not needed” so they gave me clonidine, for BLOOD PRESSURE, which made it either drop or rise so high i would violently puke all day (effect from taking it while on birth control) and he disregarded any of my symptoms and said i was just sick and to continue the meds, obviously i didnt. I constantly wake up drained and tired and unmotivated. My head or eyes hurt when i wake up and i want to be distant all the time bc i dont have energy to deal with people ever. its effects are dragging me down all the time and i cannot figure out anything to help me sleep
