I’m always tired. I yawn all throughout the day. I get at least 8 hours of sleep each night. Idk what to do. I’ve always been this way but it’s starting to bother me. I never have any motivation to clean anything ever. I always do the bare minimum.

Ohmygoodness same. I do better sometimes with caffeine but other times it just makes my heart race instead. I don't think it's as bad when I exercise but I don't do that often because of lack of motivation.

I’m right there with you! The seasonal depression is starting to hit, the weather has me feeling extra “blah” lately. Everyone keeps suggesting I get a happy light. I also found this woman on Instagram the other day who has ADHD and her videos are soo relatable. Her name is hayley.honeyman. She has one video that’s titled “why am I so tired” and many others with good tips. I’ve learned that motivation comes AFTER starting a task. It’s about tricking your brain into finally being able “to do” the thing and not be stuck in an ADHD paralysis. It can help to stimulate your senses. Light a candle, turn on music etc. But it’s still so hard to do. 😬

Do you feel this is related to your mental health? I ask because you could always get tested for sleep apnea.

@darkwitch My dad does have sleep apnea, so I wouldn’t be surprised if I did too. I do not know if it’s related to my mental health or not.

@uhlisuh i just ask cause i saw your tags. if ever possible, i would discuss with your doctor about getting tested for it and getting a cpap machine. it's difficult at first but it really does help after a while.
