my biggest thing for moments of stress, either pre-panic/anxiety attack or during, is ice packs. the disposable ones where you pop and shake them have been a huge life saver for when im not at home but am not doing so hot. the temperature difference is almost like a force reset on your brain, like a “oh we cant panic, we have to focus on this!” and its honestly been the most helpful. in terms of dealing with anxiety - just keep trucking. i make jokes about if, i take my meds, i go to therapy, and i try to remember that im more than my anxiety. its not easy, but its all we can really do. i hope your journey is going well :).
